  Came across this gem by happy accident whilst staying nearby. Food, beer and wine superb. Cosy & welcoming premises with attentive staff. Highly recommended.

  Fantastic views and atmosphere outside on a sunny afternoon or everning. The food is a cut above average pub grub - try their onion rings which are fresh, crunchy and juicy. They make their own pork scratchings - also a treat.
  
  Decent little selection of guest ales. Gets very busy for food on weekends when it can start to feel like a busy restaurant rather than a local pub, but usually they get the balance right, though at these times the staff can seem a bit harrassed.
  
  If you've any kind of food allergy or sensitivity you'll be pleased to know the management take great pains to list all allergens and provide gluten free options etc; lots of info in the back of the menu.

  Have been coming for many years mid week and for Sunday lunch. We have never been disappointed and today I can honestly say that their steak and mushroom pie with a puff pastry topping is the best I have had in any bar/pub/restaurant. Great atmosphere friendly staff and fantastic views. Keep up the good work.

  Apart from the fantastic views across the sands of blyth beach and whitly bay light house, the kings arms offers excellent customer service and a wonderful pint with a perfect 5 star meal.
